Inside the cabin, everything is provided for the convenience of the driver, so the central panel is located at a slight angle. The buyer can choose one of the option packages: M Sport, Sport Line, Modern Line and Luxury Line.
The chassis design of the BMW 4-series is borrowed from the previous series sedan, but the engineers have made some improvements. These are: modified camber angle and roll center position, special settings for springs and shock absorbers, shifted reference points of the suspension arms.
The BMW 4-series is offered in 420d, 428i and 435i versions. Torque is sent to the rear wheels via a six-speed manual gearbox as standard. All powertrains are offered with a sporty eight-speed automatic transmission that allows for manual shifting.
