China's Leap Motor has unveiled a new electric crossover, called the C11, at the Guangzhou show. The novelty is similar to the Tesla Model Y in terms of size and characteristics, but it costs 1.5 times cheaper. The C11 is based on its own architecture and measures 4745mm long, 1890mm wide, 1635mm high and has a 2923mm wheelbase.
The design looks stylish and harmonious, and the two-tone case consists of 76.2% high-strength steels. Frameless door windows and retractable handles complete the design. The front suspension is equipped with double wishbones, and the rear is independent, with five levers. The bumper is minimalist and contains only essential elements such as a lower air dam for battery cooling and air intakes for brake cooling.
Leap Motor C11 boasts a symmetrical panel with three displays: two side displays have a diagonal of 10.25 inches, and the central one has a diagonal of 12.8 inches. This system is used both for passenger entertainment and for optimal driver comfort. The C11 crossover is equipped with the Leap Pilot system - an SAE level 3 autopilot, which can later be upgraded to level 4. Already now, level 3 can remove responsibility for road safety from a person.
The C11 is equipped with an 8-channel Hi-Fi acoustic sound system and Nappa leather seats. Thanks to the built-in air cleaning system in the car, you will always feel comfortable and enjoy fresh air.
